Trixie Whitley returns. The life-long nomadic artist with roots in Ghent, returns with a newly released album following a long hiatus. 'Folded Time', her fifth full-length album, finds her exploring themes of motherhood, loss, the state of the world, and self-definition. - Rhythm plays a central role throughout—unsurprising, perhaps, as drums were her first instrument as a child—interwoven with her powerful yet fragile voice and deeply felt arrangements.

With her genre-bending mix of rock, soul, and R&B, Whitley has long established herself both at home and internationally. Her live performances are intense and unforgettable: they get under your skin and settle deep within the darkest corners your mind. Not in a way that unsettles, but rather like reconnecting with an old friend—one with whom there is as much good to share as bad. Following a series of special shows revisiting her debut album 'Fourth Corner’, the Ghent-born artist now steps forward once again, ready to present new work to her audience.
