Het is niet toegestaan om etenswaren,, professionele camera’s, audio- en video-opnameapparatuur (waaronder iPads, tablets, GoPro’s en Drones), selfiesticks, glowsticks, laserpointers, (alcoholische) dranken, radio-scanning-/jamapparatuur, (hard)drugs, lachgas(patronen), glaswerk, blik, vuurwerk, plastic (water)flessen, wapens van welke aard dan ook, spuitbussen (zoals deodorant), parfum, paraplu’s, posters, banners, ongeopende pakketten en andere gevaarlijke voorwerpen mee naar binnen te nemen.

Houd er rekening mee dat de Johan Cruijff ArenA een volledig rookvrije omgeving is.

Tijdens het concert wordt gebruikgemaakt van stroboscoopverlichting en andere lichteffecten. Deze effecten kunnen ongemak veroorzaken bij bezoekers die gevoelig zijn voor flitsend licht, waaronder mensen met fotosensitieve epilepsie of andere lichtgevoelige aandoeningen. Houd hier rekening mee bij je bezoek aan het evenement.

Er wordt een ruim assortiment aan eten en drinken verkocht in de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Het is niet toegestaan om zelf eten en/of drinken mee te nemen. Bij de ingangen van het stadion zal al het eten en drinken in de beschikbare afvalbakken gedeponeerd moeten worden. Bezoekers die om medische redenen afhankelijk zijn van bijvoorbeeld insulinespuiten, kunnen een medische verklaring en/of medicijnpaspoort sturen naar [email protected].

Voor deze show wordt er gewerkt met mobiele tickets, deze zijn beschikbaar via de Ticketmaster app of via je mobiele browser op Ticketmaster.nl. Klik hier voor meer informatie over mobiele tickets. 

We raden aan om je tickets vóór vertrek alvast te openen, zo ben je op locatie niet afhankelijk van internetverbinding. Zorg ook dat je telefoon voldoende batterij heeft bij aankomst.

Tickets voor dit concert zijn uitsluitend verkrijgbaar via Ticketmaster. Andere websites, zoals Topticketshop, Viagogo en Ticketswap, bieden regelmatig tickets aan tegen sterk verhoogde prijzen, zonder garantie op geldige toegang tot het evenement.
 

Openbaar vervoer
Via station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA, station Duivendrecht en metrostation Strandvliet ben je binnen enkele minuten bij de Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Parkeren
Er zijn verschillende parkeerlocaties rondom het stadion. Reserveer vooraf je parkeerplaats, zodat je zeker bent van een plekje dichtbij het stadion. Parkeerplaatsen in de buurt zijn te vinden op deze interactieve kaart.

Wegwerkzaamheden

In het stadion zijn geen kluisjes of garderobe aanwezig. Je kunt je spullen tegen betaling veilig opbergen bij Lockerpoint buiten het stadion (bij de ArenA-poort). Klik hier voor meer informatie.

Let op: grote tassen en rugzakken zijn niet toegestaan in de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Alleen tassen tot maximaal A4-formaat (21 x 30 cm) en circa 10 cm dik mogen worden meegenomen. Alle tassen worden bovendien gecontroleerd bij de security-check. De organisatie en locatie zijn niet aansprakelijk voor diefstal of het zoekraken van kledingstukken en persoonlijke bezittingen.
 

Houd er rekening mee dat het in de Johan Cruijff ArenA op last van de brandweer niet is toegestaan om met een rolstoel, rollator, scootmobiel of ander medisch hulpmiddel plaats te nemen op het veld en de tribunes.

Kom je met een rolstoel, rollator, scootmobiel of ander medisch hulpmiddel? Dan ben je van harte welkom op het MIVA-platform binnen de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Hiervoor dien je in het bezit te zijn van een ticket voor de rolstoel-/begeleidersplaatsen. Let op: een begeleider heeft altijd een eigen ticket nodig.

We always recommend wearing proper hearing protection to prevent hearing damage. Hearing protection is available at various locations throughout the stadium. These points can be found on the stadium’s interactive map.

It is not permitted to bring food, professional cameras, audio and video recording equipment (including iPads, tablets, GoPros and drones), selfie sticks, glowsticks, laser pointers, alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, radio scanning/jamming equipment, drugs, nitrous oxide canisters, glassware, cans, fireworks, plastic water bottles, weapons of any kind, aerosol cans (such as deodorant), perfume, umbrellas, posters, banners, unopened packages or other dangerous items into the venue. Additional prohibited items can be found in the general terms and conditions and house rules of both Greenhouse Talent and the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Please note that the Johan Cruijff ArenA is a completely smoke-free environment.

Strobe lighting and other lighting effects will be used during the concert. These effects may cause discomfort for visitors who are sensitive to flashing lights, including people with photosensitive epilepsy or other light-sensitive conditions. Please take this into account when attending the event.

A wide range of food and drinks will be available for purchase at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. It is not permitted to bring your own food and/or drinks. At the stadium entrances, all food and drinks must be disposed of in the available bins. Visitors who depend on items such as insulin syringes for medical reasons may send a medical certificate and/or medication passport to [email protected].

We recommend opening your tickets before you leave, so you are not dependent on an internet connection at the venue. Please also make sure your phone has sufficient battery on arrival.

Via Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station, Duivendrecht and Strandvliet metro station, you can reach the Johan Cruijff ArenA within a few minutes.

There are no lockers or cloakroom facilities available inside the stadium. You can safely store your belongings for a fee at Lockerpoint outside the stadium, near the ArenA gate. Click here for more information.

Please note: large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Only bags up to A4 size (21 x 30 cm) and approximately 10 cm thick may be brought inside. All bags will also be checked at security. The organiser and venue are not liable for theft or loss of clothing or personal belongings.

Please note that, by order of the fire department, wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters and other medical aids are not permitted on the field or in the stands at the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Are you attending with a wheelchair, walker, mobility scooter or another medical aid? You are very welcome on the accessible platform inside the Johan Cruijff ArenA. To use this area, you must have a ticket for the wheelchair/companion seating area. Please note: companions must always have their own ticket.
