Parkeren
Via Ticketmaster kun je eenvoudig een parkeerticket aanschaffen voor het evenement dat je bezoekt. Bestel hier jouw parkeerticket.
Let op: bij de meeste parkeerlocaties is inrijden mogelijk vanaf 16.00 uur. Meer informatie vind je in de FAQ van Ticketmaster.

Kiss & Ride
Word je gebracht en/of gehaald? Maak dan gebruik van de Kiss & Ride. Hier kun je veilig, snel en gemakkelijk iemand wegbrengen of ophalen. Je kunt gebruikmaken van een short stay in parkeergarage P1 onder de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Volg voor de Kiss & Ride de aanwijzingen op de borden en die van de verkeersregelaars op. In het hele ArenA-gebied geldt een stopverbod welke zal worden gehandhaafd. Het adres: Burgemeester Stramanweg 130, 1101 EP, Amsterdam. Je kunt de auto op level 0 in sectie A27 parkeren. Hier bevindt zich een uitgang recht tegenover de Ziggo Dome.

Mobiele tickets zijn alleen te scannen via de Ticketmaster-app. Zorg dat je deze hebt geïnstalleerd op je telefoon en dat je voldoende batterij hebt op het moment van naar binnen gaan. Het wordt aangeraden om voor je vertrek al een keer je tickets in de Ticketmaster app op te halen en/of in je wallet te zetten zodat je niet afhankelijk bent van internet op locatie. Klik hier voor meer informatie over mobiele tickets. Kun je de app niet downloaden? Ga dan naar je account op ticketmaster.nl via de browser op je telefoon.

Tickets voor dit concert zijn uitsluitend verkrijgbaar via Ticketmaster. Andere websites (zoals Topticketshop, Viagogo, Ticketswap) bieden vaak tickets aan tegen extreem hoge prijzen, maar bieden geen enkele garantie op toegang tot de show. Let op: PDF's / printscreens / etc. zijn niet bruikbaar en geven geen toegang tot de show. 

Rugzakken zijn niet toegestaan. Alleen tassen kleiner dan A4-formaat (21x30 cm + 10 cm dik) zijn toegestaan en alle tassen worden onderworpen aan een security-check. Je kunt rugzakken/grote items kwijt in Lockerpoint ArenA-poort. Klik hier voor meer informatie. 

Binnen de Ziggo Dome kun je een locker (€2 munt) of de garderobe gebruiken voor het opbergen van je jas of een kleine tas, tegen betaling van €2,50. De organisatie en locatie zijn niet aansprakelijk voor diefstal en/of het zoekraken van kledingstukken e.d.








 

Betalen in de Ziggo Dome gebeurt volledig contactloos met een bankpas of creditcard. Wil je liever contant betalen? Dat kan via de Ziggo Dome Wallet. Deze wallet is verkrijgbaar bij onze servicebalies, waar je met contant geld saldo op jouw Ziggo Dome Wallet kunt zetten. Merchandise kun je niet met de wallet betalen, maar hiervoor is contant betalen gewoon mogelijk. Lees er hier meer over. 

• Fan gifts zijn niet toegestaan en deze worden niet aangenomen.
• Fan signs / spandoeken / posters die het formaat A3 (30x42 cm) niet overschrijden worden toegelaten in de zaal. Deze mogen niet zijn bevestigd op een stok of paal. Zorg dat je het zicht van de medebezoekers niet belemmert.
• Aanvullende verboden items vind je in de algemene voorwaarden en huisregels van zowel Greenhouse Talent als Ziggo Dome. Spuitbussen (deo), glas (parfum) etc. zijn niet toegestaan en worden in beslag genomen.

Tijdens je bezoek aan Ziggo Dome ontvang je bij de entree een houten munt, de zogeheten retourtoken. Bij inlevering van deze token aan de bar krijg je één beker. Vervolgens lever je jouw lege beker steeds in bij de bar als je een nieuw drankje haalt. Als je jouw beker of retourtoken kwijt bent dan betaal je €1 extra voor een nieuwe beker. BELANGRIJK: een beker of retourtoken kan niet worden ingewisseld voor geld. Aan het einde van het evenement vragen we je de laatste beker in de daarvoor bestemde prullenbakken weg te gooien. 

Ziggo Dome beschikt over een mindervalide entree, er zijn kluisjes en service balies op rolstoelhoogte, er zijn twee aangepaste toiletten op de begane grond. Klik voor meer informatie over de faciliteiten en parkeermogelijkheden voor mindervaliden.

Kiss & Ride
Are you being dropped off and/or picked up? Make use of the Kiss & Ride. This allows you to safely, quickly, and easily drop someone off or pick them up. Follow the signs and the instructions of the traffic controllers for the Kiss & Ride. A stopping ban applies throughout the entire ArenA area and will be enforced. You can make use of a short stay in parking garage P1 beneath the Johan Cruijff ArenA. The address is Burgemeester Stramanweg 130, 1101 EP, Amsterdam. You can park your car on level 0 in section A27, where you’ll find an exit directly across from the Ziggo Dome.

Roadworks

Tickets can only be scanned via the Ticketmaster app. Make sure you have installed the app on your phone and that you have enough battery at the time of entry. If you don't have access to the app you can use the browser of your phone to access your Ticketmaster.nl account (no screenshots).  Click here for more information on mobile tickets. PDFs / screenshots / etc. are not valid and therefore do not give access to the show.

Tickets for this concert are only available through Ticketmaster. Other websites (such as Topticketshop, Viagogo, Ticketswap) often offer tickets at extremely high prices but provide no guarantee of entry to the show. Please note: PDFs / screenshots / etc. are not valid and will not grant access to the show.

Backpacks are not allowed. Only bags smaller than A4 size (21x30 cm + 10 cm thick) are allowed and all bags are subject to a security check. Keep this in mind, especially if you plan to purchase large quantities of merchandise in advance. You can leave large items/backpacks at Lockerpoint ArenA-poort. Click here for more information. 

Upon entry, you can store bags smaller than A4 size and coats in the Ziggo Dome cloakrooms or lockers for a fee. The organization and venue are not liable for theft or loss of clothing or other personal belongings.

Payment at the Ziggo Dome is entirely contactless, using a debit or credit card. Prefer to pay in cash? That’s possible through the Ziggo Dome Wallet. This wallet is available at our service desks, where you can load credit onto it with cash. The wallet cannot be used for merchandise purchases, but cash payment is still accepted for merchandise. • Fan signs / banners / posters not exceeding the size A3 (30x42 cm) are allowed in the venue. These may not be attached to a pole. Be careful not to obstruct the view of fellow visitors.
• Professional cameras and recording equipment are not allowed, with the exception for mobile phones and compact cameras without interchangeable lenses.
• Additional prohibited items can be found in the general terms and conditions and house rules of both Greenhouse Talent and the Ziggo Dome. Aerosols (deo), glass (perfume) etc. are not allowed and will be confiscated.

During you visit to the Ziggo Dome, you will receive a wooden token at the entrance, 'the return token'. When you hand in this token at the bar, you receive one cup for free. After this first drink you hand in your empty cup at the bar when ordering a new drink. If you have lost your cup or return token, you will pay €1 extra for a new cup. Important: a cup or return token cannot be exchanged for cash. At the end of the event, we ask you to dispose the last cup in the waste bins provided. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
