About Dominique Fils-Aimé

Dominique Fils-Aimé, a Montreal-based singer-songwriter and two-time JUNO Award winner, has established herself as one of the leading voices in contemporary vocal jazz. Her latest album, *Our Roots Run Deep* (2023), won the 2024 JUNO Award for Vocal Jazz Album of the Year as well as the 2024 Félix Award for Jazz Album of the Year at the ADISQ, confirming the significance of her artistic approach, which blends jazz, soul, and blues.

In February 2026, she released the second chapter of her new trilogy with the studio album *My World Is The Sun*, preceded by the single "Going Home” (released November 20, 2025). With this project, Dominique Fils-Aimé continues her quest for sonic, creative, and spiritual freedom. On stage, she offers an immersive performance that invites the audience to delve into the roots of her soul. Live At The Festival International de Jazz de Montréal (2025) attests to the power of her presence and her ability to forge an intimate connection with her audience. In recent years, she has performed at prestigious venues such as the Blue Note New York, the Blue Note Los Angeles, the Monterey Jazz Festival, as well as Jazz à Vienne and the North Sea Jazz Festival.

In 2026, Dominique Fils-Aimé will present her new album on a world tour, with concerts in Europe at La Maroquinerie (Paris) and the Gent Jazz Festival (Ghent), in Canada at the Montreal International Jazz Festival, and in the United States!
