Concertagenda Lady Linn & Her Magnificent Seven

About Lady Linn & Her Magnificent Seven
Lady Linn’s new album, Midnight Sun, released in autumn 2025, is an ode to darkness and light — to the duality of life — and, above all, a hymn to the night. The repertoire brings together interpretations of timeless jazz, rock, pop, house, gospel, and country songs, all connected by a single thread: "the night”.
From Round Midnight, The Middle of the night, one of Nina Simone’s many jazz classics, A Night to Remember by Shalamar, and After Midnight by JJ Cale — each piece finds its place in a varied set, musically woven into a cohesive musical journey; each arrangement leaving space for improvisation and dialogue. Together, these songs embody the infinite possibilities of the night: from exuberant, vibrant night life; through the tender beginnings of love; to ballads of murder and melancholy.
Jazz has always been one of Lady Linn’s great loves, and with her "Magnificent Seven,” she returns fully to her roots. Each song is approached with renewed freshness and a different perspective, ensuring that no two performances are ever the same. The regular band members are all thoroughbred jazz musicians.
