Annie Clark, better known as St. Vincent, is a musical chameleon who easily masters various genres. With her unique blend of art rock, glam and avant-pop, she creates music that is simultaneously intriguing and experimental but still accessible. Since her breakthrough with 'Strange Mercy’ in 2011 and the Grammy-winning track St. Vincent from 2014, she has once again reinvented herself. This was clear from 'Masseduction’ in 2017 - a collaboration with pop producer Jack Antonoff - but also with the 2021 track 'Daddy’s Home’, an ode to the 1970s on which she combined soulful, funky grooves with raw, personal lyrics. In 2024, she added the impressive 'All Born Screaming’ to her discography; a brooding record which sometimes leans towards the industrial darkness of bands like Nine Inch Nails. Clark live is known for her flamboyant, innovative guitar sound, visual flair and an intense stage presence that leaves nobody untouched.
